All about LGV, HGV and PCV LicenceLGV, HGV and PCV are different types of Driving licence. LGV stands for "Large Goods Vehicle". HGV stands for “Heavy Goods Vehicle” while PCV stands for Passenger Carrying Vehicle. All the three have their own significant purpose of existence. As these words show clearly LGV Licence is required for driving large vehicles, HGV Licence is required for heavy goods vehicle and PCV Licence is required for driving passenger carrying vehicle. However each type requires Driver Training for which many Driver Training Courses are available. Now Let us see some differences among them.
