Employment in BPO

BPO sector is full of young blood. Do you remember the time when BPO came in India? It became a great opportunity to graduate those graduate who were not able to find good jobs in India, they grabbed this opportunity like anything. It was a big platform for them as they were getting good salary.

More than this it became a source of pocket money for college going students as work time was according to US. They thought of if we can earn in night then what is wrong in that. Good salary was one of the constraints that fascinate youngsters. If we talk about qualification, not any specific stream was required candidate should have good communication skills and must be graduate. And communication is not a barrier for metro cities students.

It’s a dream of every person to get a good job with good salary and BPO fulfilled that dream. In addition they offered cab facility, refreshment, good infrastructure etc.

It also became a hope for those students who want to carry on further studies but not financially capable for that. They started working in Night shifts, which became a source of money for their studies.

 Present situation of employment in BPO is employees are generally youngsters mostly of them college going or those who find that their degree of graduation is not suitable for any other jobs in India in which they can get good salary or fresher who is searching fresher jobs in India.
