What Kind of Clip-Ins for Natural Looking Hair?

What Kind of Clip-Ins for Natural Looking Hair?

When it comes to hair extensions you only really have two choices of material. You can either have them made from finely spun polyester or from real human hair. If you are looking to achieve length, thickness and volume you want the clip-ins to behave like your natural hair.

Human hair extensions

Human hair has to be first carefully collected and thoroughly washed so that the cuticles remain intact. The hair then has to be aligned correctly and fastened together. This means that human hair clip-ins are more expensive than clip-ins made from polyester. On the other hand, no hair extension can be more natural than natural hair extensions. Because a natural hair clip-in is made from what grows naturally on your own head they look very natural when they are in place. The hair in the clip-ins also retains the natural strength of the human hair and so they can be maintained a lot more effectively and tend to stay looking wonderful for longer. They are an excellent choice for anyone wanting gorgeous beautiful hair. When it comes to hair extensions of the clip-in variety, nothing can really beat human hair. It just looks a lot more natural and you can stay looking good for longer, as you are able to treat it more like you treat your own hair.

While polyester can be moulded to look like anything you want it to, even human hair, it can never be as real looking as the real thing. The biggest advantage that polyester hair clip-ins have over their human hair counterparts is that they are cheaper. There is no cuticle alignment to worry about. There is no concern over weeding out split ends. All that has to be done is to attach the polyester hairs to the clip-ins and to cut them all straight. This means that there are fewer production costs and the materials cost less to procure. The disadvantage is that they do not look as natural as human hair would. Polyester will always have a plastic like feel to it that cannot feel natural. It also tends to matte a lot more easily than human hair and it is a lot less simple to comb out those knots as the strands are not as strong and tend to break.

When the extension hair is natural hair, you can match it perfectly to your own hair. The texture is important, as it the more obvious colour and curl, so that the hair blends in with your own tresses. You want to be able to run your hands through your hair. You will be able to perm, highlight and colour your clip-ins as well as treating your hair as you always do on a daily basis - blow-dry it, straighten or curl it, to create any look you want.If you want the latest hair trend, or simply want to get that youthful look, natural hair is the best.

If you once have natural human hair clip-ins, you will never want anything else again!
