Cialis and Viagra Reviews for Men Who Use SSRIs
It's nothing to be ashamed of, but there are plenty of people who are embarrassed to talk about their SSRI use. When SSRI\'s start having male specific dysfunction disorders, it can be even more difficult to talk about. Even the most well meaning friends may not have the answers for you about erectile dysfunction that is a side effect of SSRI\'s. If you have reviewed the internet, no doubt you have found that many men are using Cialis and Viagra in combination with SSRI\'s.
Many people who have a chronic physical condition will be able to go to group support. However, this is not the same for someone with erectile dysfunction. You get psych meds from one doctor and deal with erectile dysfunction with another type of doctor. This means that these two doctors may never talk to each other. They might not know about prescribing SSRI's and generic Viagra or Cialis in combination. For that reason, you need other people\'s ideas and reviews.
Review their opinions and see if something that will work for you too:
- I thought I was dealing with performance anxiety at first. I went to the doc and he said it was probably physical and not mental. Viagra worked for me with my SSRI's.
- When I was by myself, it was okay. When I was with a girlfriend, it was okay too. When she and I broke up, I started having a lot of problems with new ladies. My old girlfriend knew me and could really turn me on. Viagra online and then later Cialis helped me with hooking up. It turns out it was something to do with my SSRI's.
- I don\'t like taking meds, but the SSRI\'s wrecked my sex life. My desire was okay but I had performance anxiety all of a sudden. It was weird. I started taking Cialis because I get headaches. The doctors said sometimes you can get headaches with Viagra but I don\'t know for sure.
- It took me awhile to realize I had a problem because I was single. I started taking SSRI\'s and didn\'t notice it affected my libido at all. Then I started hooking up and noticed I was having a problem. I got whacked out about it but then I started to realize that I should probably go to the doctor. The doctor said that a guy my age (22) should have an erection every morning that was rock hard. Mine wasn\'t like that. So I started taking Viagra everyday and it was all good.
- I got really depressed and then started having problems having sex. I don\'t know if it was the SSRI\'s I started taking then or what. However, when I got less depressed, I wound up not needing the SSRI\'s. During that 18 months with the SSRI\'s, I took Viagra and then switched to Cialis. I still take them and now I am thinking it was the depression but also just some physical problem.
- I should have talked to my therapist a lot earlier about performance anxiety. She prescribed me Cialis and it took care of the problem right away. But it\'s no joke that SSRI\'s can give you erectile dysfunction. I learned this the hard way.
- Cialis saved me. I had to take SSRI\'s after I had a car wreck and cracked my skull. I was all upset because I couldn\'t get an erection that was hard. I thought the wreck had messed me up or something. One doctor told me I had Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I might have had that like the doctor said, but I found Cialis was a good solution at the time.
- I was really in love with this woman who I was best friends with for years. However, I would get all up in my head and go crazy when I thought about having sex with her. It caused a lot of problems for our relationship. I wish I had known then that my SSRI's were causing problems for me with erectile dysfunction. Now I use generic cialis and I don\'t have any problems. Things got too crazy with my reaction to the whole situation and ruined my relationship with a good woman. So don't let this psycho drama happen to you. Get some Cialis or Viagra and don't do the self hate and blame thing.
- I have some sort of high testosterone problem that men in my family get. I started taking SSRI's and then started having erectile dysfunction. I thought having a lot of testosterone was going to protect me but I was wrong. I went to get some help for it and got on Cialis. My woman loves it!
