(i) The articles that you submit must be your own written article. You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. Articles written by a ghostwriter is perfectly acceptable provided they are used only for yourself.

(ii) By submitting articles to the india-articles directory, you grant us the right to publish your articles - india-articles may publish your article anywhere on the website or syndicate through RSS. You can also change where it appears, including the category, at any time.

(iii) The presentation of the articles to india-articles directory does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind - You will not receive compensation or users  india-articles directory for articles you submit.

(iv) Submission of an article in no way guarantee inclusion in the directory - We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.

(v) Articles must be spell checked and proof read for grammatical errors before submitting - Do not submit articles filled with spelling and grammatical errors. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject content that does not meet this requirement.
